2008 USPS Liberty Bell First-Class Forever Stamps 100Pcs/Pack

The Postal Service will re-issue the non-denom-inated First-Class Mail definitive, Forever (Liberty Bell) stamp on October 25, 2008, in New York, New York, in a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) folded vending booklet of 20 stamps. The stamp, designed by Carl T. Herrman of Carlsbad, California, also goes on sale nationwide on October 25, 2008.
